Ms. Moores is an attorney in Rancho Santa Fe, California.  Her legal experience extends to negotiating contracts, government and commercial policy research and opinion, as well as international payment and employment matters.  She has a strong business background with direct experience in structuring complex public and private transactions, negotiating multi-million-dollar projects involving multiple jurisdictions, US and international entities, and institutional venture capital/private investment areas.  She is the former managing partner of a mid-market merger and acquisition consulting and investment company in the United States.  

 Through her consulting services, Ms. Moores evaluated hundreds of companies in a variety of industries and funded numerous early stage and emerging companies.  She actively assisted her portfolio companies with the institutional funding process and liquidity events, including Initial Public Offerings, Reverse Mergers, and private mergers and acquisitions.   

 Her advisory services also include research and guidance for charitable organizations and humanitarian missions.  Ms. Moores currently serves as President and is a member of the board of Change for Justice, a non-profit charitable organization actively involved in promoting legislation aimed at a number of social issues. With several bills still pending, Change for Justice has successfully lobbied and received approval of two bills (SB-141 regarding screening for sexually violent predators, and the Rape Kit Testing Reform, SB-22) in California.  Her family affiliation leads to one of the largest US family offices, as well as one of the top cancer research and treatment clinics, educational institutions and the sports industry.
