Dennis is a 35-year telecommunication veteran and serial entrepreneur. In 2008, Dennis cofounded Ready Wireless, LLC. The company initially built Ready Mobile PCS, a national wireless pre-paid brand, eventually placed in over 100,000 retail locations nationwide.
In 2010 the company pivoted to serve a growing need in the wireless wholesale segment, eventually becoming one of the largest players in the US and global market. This business unit was eventually sold to Ready’s largest competitor in early 2020.
In 2016 Ready established its ‘Internet of Things’ (IoT) practice. The company currently provides IoT solutions across the US, using wireless technology to solve customer’ problems in the supply chain, fleet management, employee safety, and building/campus safety areas. Ready offers over 180 different solutions, serving business customers in nearly every vertical market in the US.
Ready Wireless has been recognized as a consistently high performing company. Accomplishments include:

In addition to his work with Ready, Dennis is active in the local business community. Dennis has taken on restoration of two important historical buildings in the Newbo district in Cedar Rapids. He is an investor in the Iowa Startup Accelerator. He is also active with local non-profit initiatives, most notably United Way.
Dennis is a native Iowan. He is a staunch supporter and 2-time graduate of the University of Iowa, with a BBA (1995) and MBA (2001).
