Brad is president and CEO of eHome Counseling Management Partners, a company that provides psychological counseling by videoconference and text. His prior roles include CEO of Foundation Partners Group, a PE-backed funeral home and cemetery that reinvented the funeral experience, Disney executive and leader of EPCOT theme park after 9/11, EVP of Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, various positions at the British Petroleum Company, nuclear submarine officer, public speaker, and author. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School. He has been married to his wife Nancy for over 35 years and they have three children. They enjoy their children, traveling, food, wine, reading and serving in their church. 

Nancy graduated from James Madison University with a degree in early childhood education. In the first 13 years of her marriage to Brad, they moved 11 times and currently reside in Orlando, Florida. Nancy volunteers as a women's Bible study leader, events producer, reading tutor, and sings in a community choir. Nancy and Brad have three children. Their son James is an investment-banking associate at Goldman Sachs in NYC. They have twin daughters, Monica and Natalie. Monica graduated from Johns Hopkins University and works at McKinsey Consulting in Denver; Natalie graduated from Vanderbilt and works for Google in Austin.
