Ms. Dhouibi is a highly accomplished financial services executive with two decades of experience and a deep understanding of financial instruments, risk management techniques, and quantitative analysis. Ms. Dhouibi currently serves as Managing Director and the Global Head of Equities Quantitative Analysis for Citigroup's Markets Division and is an internal member of the board of directors of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Prior to joining Citi, she spent 13 years at JPMorgan Chase, where she held various roles in the Commercial and Investment Bank Quantitative Research group. She joined Taylor Morrison’s board fellowship program in December 2024. In addition to her work in the financial industry, Ms. Dhouibi is passionate about social justice and advancing the rights of women and minorities and serves on the board of both the Arab-American Family Support Center and Xavier Mission. She holds master’s degrees in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Sorbonne University and Telecom Paris Engineering School.
