The High Calling of Business

Dear PathNorther,

PathNorth is launching an exciting initiative that will seek to bring the principles of PathNorth directly into a business context. This will be an intensive 24 hour experience in Washington, DC on February 15-16, 2018. For a select group of our members, we will explore the larger story of business, beyond the ‘how’ of commercial life to the ‘why’. In an age where reflection is rare and information overload the norm, we will probe the ‘meaning’ dimension of life and business in hopes of avoiding the dangerous compartmentalization which can separate business success/failure from the core of who we are as humans. When business goals are pursued at any price, bad things happen.  Perspective is essential yet difficult to find in the throes of business intensity. Yet perspective is precisely what is required to stay grounded. Our time will be a peer-to-peer learning experience but will also include a number of accomplished leaders who have proven track records in creating corporate cultures where meaning is central. Please join us. This initial gathering will be limited to 20 leaders.
