Michael just recently retired from On Assignment, Inc. (ASGN), the second largest IT & Engineering Staffing firm in North America. He was the COO of ASGN and president of Oxford Global Resources, their high-end IT niche division. Michael was with On Assignment/Oxford for 20 years and joined the board of directors of the firm following his retirement.  In his prior roles he was SVP & GM for Kelly Services’ Middle Markets Division, a provider of workforce solutions, VP & GM for The MEDSTAT Group, a healthcare information firm, and held increasingly senior positions for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a provider of human resources, payroll and tax, and benefits administration solutions during a 16-year tenure. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, also at Michigan State University.

Amy is currently very active in several philanthropic organizations, the most time consuming being as active board member of the Palm Beach Symphony. She is also the consummate volunteer working with Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Palm Beach, and NoticeAbility, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students with dyslexia identify their unique strengths and build their self-esteem. After earning a BS degree from Oakland University, Amy had a very successful 10-year business career with ADP and was recognized as one of their top sales people on several occasions.  She "retired" to work at home to manage the lives and careers of her and Michael's three children - Kaitlin, Hannah and Ian. Kaitlin, a graduate of Pratt institute, lives and works in Brooklyn and is a successful graphics designer. Hannah, a graduate of Boston College, is returning to school this fall to earn a Master’s degree at Harvard's School of Education; Ian graduated last spring from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL with a degree in Digital Design, Video and Graphics.

Michael and Amy spend half the year in West Palm Beach, Florida and the remaining time at their home, Moor-to-Sea, in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Amy enjoys golf, reading, gardening and sipping wine on the deck of Moor-to-Sea while watching the sunset. Michael enjoys golf and travel.
