Lisa is founder, president, and CEO of LeapFrog Solutions, which she started more than 20 years ago. She is an authority on internal and external communications, generational marketing, stakeholder management, and corporate leadership.
She serves on the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Executive Committee, on the boards of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), Communities in Schools of Northern Virginia, Communities in Schools of Virginia, and the Fairfax county chamber of commerce; she is also on the steering committees of Women in Homeland Security and the Government Technologies & Services Coalition.
Lisa is a graduate of the ACT-IAC Partners program, Leadership Fairfax, and the NVTC Mindshare program. She participated in the KPMG women’s leadership program and received the Washington Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award in 2012.
Lisa lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Jean-Paul, and their two daughters, Charlotte and Dominique. A certified yoga instructor, Lisa enjoys practicing the many different yoga disciplines. She also enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling with her family.
