Lisa DeCarlo has spent over 20 years as a catalyst for change, building and transforming a wide range of complex businesses at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, and GE Capital. Her history of leadership includes serving as a COO at two of the largest banks in the US, being tapped to design and lead a human resources transformation for an organization of 35,000 people, and launching a start-up enterprise API channel in 6 months by hiring and building a highly integrated business and technology team. She is a dynamic leader with boundless energy that brings teams together, and inspires them to achieve beyond their imagination. In 2017 she made the leap from intrapreneurship to entrepreneurship, founding Just Go LLC.
Lisa is passionate about connecting people, business and technology. Leveraging her many years of experience in corporate america, philanthropic and volunteer roles, coaching/mentoring, and global travel adventures, Lisa has designed a business to help companies activate the potential in people and ideas. Lisa’s success was built on her ability to connect the dots, and is founded in her belief that connections are how change happens in the world.
Active in the community, Lisa is on the board of Project Open Hand (San Francisco), advisory board of Defender Capital Advisors (Charlotte) and has led a variety of diversity & inclusion councils, women's programs and was previously the head of the Bay Area volunteer council at Wells Fargo. Lisa earned her B.S. in marketing from Clemson University in Clemson, S.C., and has held Series 24, 53, 7 and 63 licenses. She recently returned to NYC from San Francisco. Lisa is an avid cyclist, hiker, runner, and skier and spends as much time as possible with her Australian Shepherd, Nova, or traveling abroad. Family and friends are central in her life and inspire her to continually find ways to humanize her work.
