Jamie Walker started his career in New York City in sales and marketing and residential redevelopment in lower Manhattan before joining Jet Linx Aviation in 2002 to help develop the Company on a national scale. Walker is responsible for the business development and strategic vision of Jet Linx, and has ushered in a number of industry-leading initiatives.
Walker spearheaded the launch of the Company’s Jet Card and Aircraft Management programs in 2004, replacing the previous Fractional Ownership program and establishing its own FAA Part 135 certificate. He also introduced its Base Partner model in 2009 to expand the Company on a national scale while mitigating its risk during the economic downturn. Walker works daily with Jet Linx team members in all departments and positions to further develop and enhance the Company’s programs and processes, sales and marketing, branding, culture and industry relationships.
In 2014, Jet Linx ushered in Elevated Lifestyle, the Company’s first, formalized member benefits program, and in 2016, replaced its original Jet Card deposit program with a new, simplified Jet Card membership program to better meet the needs of the changing marketplace. The combination of these daily efforts contributes to the continued success and growth of Jet Linx on a national scale.
Under Walker’s leadership, from 2002 to today Jet Linx has experienced significant growth in all areas – from four fractional aircraft to over 100 managed aircraft in fleet, from 12 fractional owners to over 1,300 Jet Card clients, from one Base location to 14 nationwide, and from 20 employees to 475 team members across the country.
