Jim is executive chairman of CNL Financial Group in Orlando, Florida, a real-estate company that he founded in 1973. CNL Financial Group (CNL) is a leading private investment management firm providing global real estate and alternative investments. Since its inception, CNL and its affiliates have formed or acquired companies with more than $25 billion in assets. He is the recipient of the 2010 Horatio Alger Award and is a member of the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans. Jim received a degree in Business Administration from Florida State University, and with $5,000 from his father, launched CNL, the business plans for which he wrote while in Vietnam. After 35 years of building the company, he now plans to spend the next 25 giving back. 

Martha Seneff is vice chairman of JMS Holdings, Inc., a family office where her focus is on strategic planning, corporate oversight and philanthropic directing. Additionally, she serves as a consultant on marketing strategy for the various business entities owned by JMS Holdings.  Previously, Martha was the founder of Distinctive Communications and Events, an Orlando based marketing and communications firm dedicated to helping businesses achieve their growth objectives.  Her primary focus was in the realm of private equity investment clients.
