Special
Projects Coordinator
Syman Stevens has served as a special
projects coordinator at PathNorth since
he moved to the DC area in the fall of 2008. In
this role, Syman manages and directs the publications
of the PathNorth Readings, and assists with many of
the PathNorth events each year. Syman
grew up in North Carolina, and studied Physics as an
undergraduate at Furman University in Greenville, SC. After studying
theoretical physics at the University of Cambridge,
Syman attended the Trinity Forum Academy in Royal Oak,
Maryland, where he met his wife, Mary Catherine. After
completing his fellowship, Syman moved to New York
City and studied the Philosophy of Physics at Columbia
University. Syman then moved to the DC area,
and was married in the fall of 2008.
Syman believes
that PathNorth’s holistic
approach to life and work is both challenging and inspiring,
and that it is a wonderful opportunity to work with
those who strive to live life to the fullest.
