A lifelong thirst for the exploration of intellectual, spiritual, and physical discoveries gives Fred a strong passion for the purpose of PathNorth. He possesses a rich history as a consultant, writer, and speaker in the disciplines of leadership, strategy, and performance coaching. His career includes several significant international business leadership roles as both an internal and external organizational architect for Fortune 100 companies including IBM, General Motors, Disney, McGraw-Hill, Fidelity Investments, and Motorola where he served as the Chief Learning Officer and President of Motorola University.
Fred graduated from the US Air Force Academy and holds an MBA from UCLA. He served as an Air Force officer and pilot and has lived in the US and abroad. While he is an excellent pilot, his wife Susie and his three children; Ben, Daniel and Emily will confirm that he is a lousy navigator.
Fred notes how PathNorth works diligently to create an environment and context in which the most important conversations, you might call them the ‘ultimate conversations’ can take shape. It is hard to imagine anything more important than cultivating the ultimate conversations and in so doing to touch the future for good. All of us have the opportunity to have conversations of consequence with those who are most important to us and by doing so to alter the future, and such conversations are central to PathNorth.
